Harold H. Miltsch, President/CEO and Director. Mr. Miltsch has become a recognized leader in the web marketing technologies industry as a Chief Marketing Officer with 30 years experience for Fortune 50 and technology venture firms. In the past ten years, Harold has held senior executive positions at NEC, Earthweb and NTT/Verio, where he fulfilled Chief Marketing Officer responsibilities that included market analysis through market execution. As a result of his senior executive responsibilities, Mr. Miltsch has been at the forefront of digital technologies and has unique insight into market assessments, trends, transformation and solutions in the web marketing and related industries.
In 1978, he founded a total service marketing communications agency. Under his direction the agency grew from a small idea to a $25M (capitalized billings) agency. As CEO, he was involved in strategic marketing for a number of blue chip clients including Bausch & Lomb, Dow Plastics, Eastman Kodak, General Electric, General Motors, Harris Corporation and Xerox. His notable worldwide campaigns include the Bill Cosby Kodak Colorwatch sales promotion campaign, as well as Brother Dominic Xerox Engineering ad campaign.
In 1992 Harold was recruited by Xerox and become Manager of Worldwide Strategic Communications for the Xerox Document Productions Systems division a $2B business where he played a key role in the transformation of Xerox to a digital brand through the strategic marketing programs he supported and developed: The Document Company, DocuWorld and Open Document Services.
Mr. Miltsch received his degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and subsequently was named Outstanding Alumnus of the Year by the Saunders College of Business.
